The urge to eat healthy in the new year is a strong one, and even though we crave cozy when the weather is cold - we still need to eat our veggies. One of our favorite ways is with hearty seasonal salads. 

Join us in the kitchen to learn how to layer and assemble the building blocks for mouth-watering salads that are healthy, vibrant and globally inspired ~ It’s a year round dish that you adapt to the season and the contents of your fridge.

Salads don't have to be boring! Our plan is to build your salad-making confidence, so you can create countless, satisfying dishes combining intriguing ingredients, imaginative flavors, and textures, plus go-to homemade salad dressings ~ depending on what’s ripe for the picking.
