Once you grow accustomed to cooking with a Lodge Cast Iron Skillet there is no turning back, it’s pre seasoned, retains heat and browns food perfectly. I also love my turquoise Bialetti Pasta Pot with Strainer lid—several of my cooking guests have purchased their own right in the middle of class! It comes in orange too… I may need another one!
